Description:
- Job Title : Computer Repair and IT Support Apprentice
Location : Whitefield, M45 6AT
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Job Summary:
- We are seeking pro-active and passionate Apprentices for IT Support team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and repairing computer hardware and software issues for our clients. Additionally, the candidate will assist with maintaining our IT infrastructure and performing routine system maintenance.
Selected candidates will receive comprehensive training and education for a period of one year to achieve the Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator certification.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
Basic troubleshooting and repair computer hardware and software issues.
Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
Continuously learn and keep up to date with new technologies and software.
Requirements:
Passion for information technology and desire to learn.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
